'tis back up again - my webserver died whilst I was on retreat :(. 

Note to all - I'm going down for Easter now, so have left the mailing
lists for about 4 weeks - please mail me anything relevant to the Easy
Guide. In fact, if there are corrections now, I might even have time
to fix them ;)
