There is another error in http://www.debian.org/ports/hurd/hurd-install.
The Link dpkg-hurd point to:
http://www.debian.org/ports/hurd/extra-files/dpkg-cross
but it must be:
http://www.debian.org/ports/hurd/extra-files/dpkg-hurd
