If you are interested you can use the new console, it works more like you would
expect. Please notice the capslock LED doesn't work in GNUMach 1.3 and older.

I have never heared about this problem before. Do you see a message? Do you use
swap? Have you tried building GNUMach yourself? Do you have shared IRQs?

I can't help you with the NIC problem at the moment. You could have a look at
gnumach-1.3/i386/README-Drivers in the gnumach1.3 source tarball to see if
GNUMach 1.3 spports your hardware. You can do the same for OSKIT:

(OSKIT is used for driver for the newest GNUMach version)
Perhaps it already works because the nic won't be listed in /dev. Have you
tried setting up the pfinet translator?
