Hi, the inlined patch below enables a successful build of dovecot for
GNU/Hurd. Since neither PATH_MAX or PIPE_BUF are defined for Hurd,
scaled versions of the corresponding _POSIX_* versions are used.
The number of entries of PATH_MAX are too many to make dynamic unless
upstream is interested. Regarding PIPE_BUF size I don't know (feedback
needed from fellow Hurders)
