I just got this crash:

Assertion 'pi->refcnt || pi->weakrefcnt' failed.

It seems it's not reproducible.

Developers on #hurd is say that this was fixed by commit
60d14f5b3c4ea27af6f4220a15947c328bc888ee "ext2fs: fix pager
use-after-free", which was already cherry-picked to the hurd
1:0.8.git20160522-2 package in Debian.
