Obsolete strings?

I have a query, though. In the openvpn file, the first three strings  
say "Not reviewed, obsolete", like this:

#. Type: boolean
#. Description
#. NOT REVIEWED, obsolete
#: ../templates:2001
msgid "Would you like to start openvpn sooner?"
msgstr "Bạn có muốn khởi chạy trình openvpn sớm hơn  
không?"
___

but they are not marked as obsolete strings in the PO file. Should  
they be?
