List archive update

Hi,
we are currently regenerating the web archive lists.debian.org[1].
During this process, parts of the archive are inaccessible. We expect
normal service to resume no later than tomorrow, March 8, 10:00 UTC.
This archive regeneration intends to solve most problems with
character encoding, add minor improvements to the index pages, and
provide the web form for reporting spam throughout the archive.
We apologise for any inconvenience.
