[Pkg-ime-devel] Help to sponsor libpinyin

Hi,

Please help to review and sponsor libpinyin in [0]. The changelog is
listed as following, thanks:


  libpinyin (1.1.0-1) experimental; urgency=medium
  
    * New upstream release.
    * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6
    * Change so version to 5
    * Fix Vcs-Browser
    * Update watch to SourceForge
    * Add autopkgtest

Since upstream bump so version, I upload it to experimental, not
unstable.
