This is very bad idea. xinetd ipv6 support is horrible. When it's compiled
with ipv6 it always tries to create AF_INET6 socket, so it wont' work on
ipv4 only ststems (no v6 in kernel).

Simply... ipv6 support in xinetd should be rewrited.
