nop, that depends:) ::192.168.1.1 seems silly as 192.168.1.1
is a privat IPv4 nr, and prefixing it with :: might suggest otherwise
as this turns it in a IPv4-Compatible address, and such addresses are
valid outsite the localsite. Contradiction, so better not do it.
