You cannot ping from "Scope:Link" to "Scope:Link", you have to have an 
IPv6 address assigned to the interface "Scope:Global"

There are private address spaces as described in 
http://www.tcpipguide.com/free/index.htm and 
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ipv6

I put radvd on my router so that the other Linux boxes would see the 
IPv6 adverts just like DHCP in the IPv4 system.
