RFC stands for Request for Comments. The following 2460 means the 2460th
RFC. Check [1] to understand the Internet standardization process.
Internet protocols such IPv4, TCP, SMTP, MPLS...and IPv6 are specifies in
these documents. For IPv6, one of the RFC (the major one) is [2]
