DPT Problem?

I have a 2u rack mount intel server with the following ...

The Problem:
The systems seems unstable and is crashing all the time. This is the error
i am getting.

[spinchat@nimbus:~/chatserver]$ Unable to handle kernel NULL pointer
dereferenceat virtual address 0000000
printing eip:
c021f46c
*pde = 0000000
0ops: 0002
CPU: 0
EIP: 0010:[<c.... { cut out the rest is a stack dump )
...

Kernel panic: Attemted to kill the idle task!
In idle task - not synching

I am not sure why this is happening. I thought the EATA drivers for DPT
cards were stable.

Anyone have this issue ..? or Ideas suggestions ...all will be appreciated.
