i am writing for a friend
He has webtv and for the last 2 weeks he hasn't been able to relpy or compose mail
I believe since some kind of an upgrade .
Now he can not delete , compose, reply or forward mail .
Is there something you can tell me to help him out , he is frustrated with all of this .
