The Xuggler is composed of two main components:
* a set of Java libraries
* and a set of native shared libraries (eg to access FFmpeg).

Xuggler extensively uses FFMPEG's libav libraries to do the
encoding and decoding.

Xuggler provides two-levels Java API:
* MediaTools API: a simple API for encoding and decoding
audio and video.
* Xuggler API: an advanced-use API (accessible from MediaTools)
for custom handling of your stream and IO.
