I'm using the central maven repo just as location where to check for new
releases with uscan because the URLs for download from upstream are broken, but
unfortunately 1.14.1 has not landed on central maven repo yet.

Actually, upstream released 1.14.2 recently but they didn't tag this release in
their CVS repo at sourceforge so I fetched 1.14.1 (last tagged release). You can
check this in debian/orig-tar.sh.

The problem is they release straight to their maven repo and only publish source
in CVS. I know they released recently because I tested some URL like:

http://serp.sourceforge.net/m2repo/net/sourceforge/serp/serp/1.13.1/serp-1.13.1.jar
http://serp.sourceforge.net/m2repo/net/sourceforge/serp/serp/1.14.1/serp-1.14.1.jar
http://serp.sourceforge.net/m2repo/net/sourceforge/serp/serp/1.14.2/serp-1.14.2.jar

But I can't browse that location for source because I got 403 errors, e.g:
http://serp.sourceforge.net/m2repo/net/sourceforge/serp/serp/1.13.1/

So, I tried to contact upstream to know if they can tag their last release and
publish source code in a more accessible way but I didn't hear back from
them.

Thanks for upload this package.
I have others pending, so I will bother you with more RFS! :)
