ftp://kde.tdyc.com/ or http://kde.tdyc.com/debian
as for what files...it really depends...
you *will* need:
libmng_*deb
liblcms_*deb
libqt2.2_*deb
kdelibs3_*deb
take a look through the file trees... the
debian/dists/potato/kde2/binary-i386/* is pretty much core kde and
required files. It's just which ones you want.
