sddm 0.20.0-1 : kdm not starting on tty7

Hi,

On Debian testing, after the recent update of sddm from 0.19.0-5 to 0.20.0-1
all previous expected tty usage seems to have gone out of the window (if you
pardon the pun).
kdm seems to be on tty2, tty3/4/5/6 all provide a text login and nothing is
starting on tty7?

I am confused.  Are others seeing this?
