Looks like my bug is a duplicate of #426738 (http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=426738) The clocksource=pit recommendation helped (it didn't "crash" when I was using it) but it was unresponsive when I woke up this morning. -- Jeffrey Breker <jbreker@sympatico.ca>
