Bug#741667: linux-image-3.13-1-amd64: r8169 kernel panic in interrupt handler

Up to now, I was using wheezy distro with r8169-dkms driver from 'sid'. After
upgrade to 'jessie' r8169-dkms was removed and I've noticed strange reboots.

r8169 is my second card connected to 100MB switch and it is used only to handle
voip phone, tv and sat receiver. No big traffic was generated when kernel panic
occurs.
