Bug#808293: freeradius stopped working after kernel upgrade

RC bugs do not cause packages to be removed from a stable release!
Anyway, this bug is no longer assigned to freeradius.

It affects all releases using the previous security update to the
kernel, but not the latest security update.  Specifically:
