Essentially details of which Kernel supports the Intel Denverton CPU, details about the Denverton CPU and the Kernel config that you submitted to Kernel.org that supports the Intel Denverton CPU?

I don't know what a Denverton CPU is.  The Internet tells me it's an Atom-family processor for servers.  If it needs changes that went into
4.10 or 4.11, then we'll have to backport those.  If you can provide references to such changes that would be helpful.
