Uploading linux (6.1.25-1)

Hi

I would like to upload another Linux upload, version 6.1.25-1 to
unstable (aimed to move to bookworm).

It consists of importing as usual the new stable series, 6.1.21 up to
6.1.25 including CVE fixes for CVE-2023-1583, CVE-2023-1611,
CVE-2023-1859, CVE-2023-1989, CVE-2023-1990, CVE-2023-2194,
CVE-2023-30456 and CVE-2023-30772. Additionally a fix for #1033329 is
included upstream.

We have again an ABI bump icluded.

Other packaging changes:

   * Bump ABI to 8
   * [arm64] drivers/net/can: Enable CAN_C_CAN, CAN_C_CAN_PLATFORM, CAN_M_CAN and
     CAN_M_CAN_PLATFORM as module.
     Move configuration enablement to arm64 specific configuration.

the latter is needed due to
https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux/-/merge_requests/698 the
respective settings were not correctly enabled.

Noteworthy is that
https://salsa.debian.org/kernel-team/linux/-/merge_requests/695 the
regression for Open Firmware framebuffer, #1033058 is *not* yet
included, as there was no ack upstream on Cyril's proposed patchset.

I'm following the exact same strategy for those imports as we would do
for the point release, but cannot exclude there are no regreessions.

From d-i/boot point of view I have an IRC ack from Cyril that the
upload is ok, but potentially the upcoming next d-i release will be
based on 6.1.20-2 in testing. So next week we might need to decide if
moving 6.1.25-1 to testing or hold it back for after the d-i release.

Regards,
Salvatore
