Bug#1048892: linux-image-amd64: 7z mistaken cpu core count, qemu vm's cpu are 50% slower than 5.10 kernel from debian 11

Package: linux-image-amd64
Version: 6.1.38-4
Severity: normal
X-Debbugs-Cc: samm.schan@gmail.com

Dear Maintainer,

*** Reporter, please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***

   * What led up to the situation?
After upgrade or reinstall from cd image to Debian 12 or 12.1

   * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
     ineffective)?
After upgrade from Debian 11 to 12, qemu vm's cpu get 50% slower and "7z b" give me 2 times of my cpu core count,
If I reboot debian 12 with kernel from Debian 11 (kernel 5.10), qemu vm's cpu speed are as fast as on Debian 11; doing "7z b", cpu core count is correct.

   * What was the outcome of this action?
   * What outcome did you expect instead?
