Bug#1050239: linux-image-6.1.0-11-amd64 breaks usermode networking for Windows VM in Gnome Boxes

Using kernel linux-image-6.1.0-11-amd64, my Windows 10 VM loses network 
connectivity. Linux VMs still work (tested with an Xubuntu 23.04 and 
22.04 LTS VM). Rolling back to linux-image-6.1.0-10-amd64 makes the 
Windows VM connect to the network again.

Tested in Gnome Boxes on Debian Bookworm; used virt-manager as well to 
start the Windows VM to make sure it was not a Gnome Boxes issue.
