On https://snapshot.debian.org/binary/linux-image-amd64/ you can find all the 
kernel versions released in Debian.
Can you verify that 6.5~rc4-1~exp1 indeed also has this issue?
When that's the case, can you ssh into your machine and get the `dmesg` output 
and attach that to this bug report?

That's not Debian's kernel. Why did you not report it to liquorix's repo?
