Hello, Now, majority of GNU/Linux distros have Alsa drivers (Mandrake, Suse,...). Alsa seem to support more sound cards, as SB Audigy (wich actually don't works with Knoppix), and with better performances than OSS. Why OSS in Knoppix and not Alsa drivers ?
