to solve this problem, run
dpkg-reconfigure locales
and remove the ticks next to the sr_ entries
or, if you cant do that, edit /etc/locale.gen and comment out the lines
beggining with sr_
then your configure will generate this locale and not run into it
anyway, this seems to be a bug in unstable... i guess serbian users
see this as a much more serious situation ;)
