Yes, it is possible, as long as your network card and PCMCIA controller
are supported by the kernel that the floppies use.  Install the PCMCIA,
etc., drivers (I think Debian install calls it "Configure PCMCIA")
before you set up the base system, and you can install over ftp or
http.  Depending on which set of boot disks you use, you will need
either two or three floppies.
