Consider my fix for both problems which have been pointed out to me.  If you
have an additional point, make it specific.  If you don't, I can't fix it. 
It's simple as that.  Troll Tech has bent over backwards to make this good
for everyone.  The least you can do is offer specific points where the
problems are.

Sure it is.  It and the top of 3 were the two remaining bits that could
possibly interfere with GPL compatibility (4(c) could have been used as a
loophole to require QPL patches, top of 3 reads as intended after about 3
words are changed..)
