Consider my fix for both problems which have been pointed out to me. If you have an additional point, make it specific. If you don't, I can't fix it. It's simple as that. Troll Tech has bent over backwards to make this good for everyone. It and the top of 3 were the two remaining bits that could possibly interfere with GPL compatibility (4(c) could have been used as a loophole to require QPL patches, top of 3 reads as intended after about 3 words are changed..) -- Show me the code or get out of my way.
