(please CC: as I'm not on the list) I was considering packaging Titan (since it's a good complement to Tiger and I believe the authors have done a good job with this tool). It was previously published it under a non-free license (you had to give many to a charity they chose if you made a profit with it). However now it has been published under a license based on the Artistic License. However, I wondered if it's really DFSG-free. Could someone advice me on this license? (see below) If it _is_ free. I'll probably start packaging it and send an ITP.
