Bug#347169: X metapackage dependency check now obsolete?

Unfortunately, debtags is an external database and one that's going to
change depending on what distribution you're synchronized with, which
means that depending on it both requires knowledge outside of the package
and lintian and means that lintian's output won't be reliable.
