Bug#407529: marked as done (debian/control spaces not parsed by dpkg-checkbuilddeps)

I have fixed in svn and this should be reflected in the next upload of asterisk.

Perhaps, lintian could parse for this as a standard check?

Closing this lintian bug because ( >= 4.0 ) is valid per Policy and if any
tool mis-parses it, that tool needs to be fixed.  If dpkg-checkbuilddeps
isn't coping with this correctly, please open a bug against it.
