Bug#801182: lintian: dep5-copyright-license-name-not-unique triggers on having both GPL-2 and GPL-2+

It not GPL-2 vs GPL-2+ that confuses Lintian.
It's the "GPL-2+ and other-GPL" thing.

I attached a minimal copyright file that still triggers the bug.
