See ../webui_resources.grd. <include src="../../../../third_party/jstemplate/jstemplate_compiled.js"> The file third_party/jstemplate/jstemplate_compiled.js is created while build time. But never the less, it is okay, to trigger missing-source for third_party/jstemplate/jstemplate_compiled.js,but not for the file that includes this file. This is very missleading. Just to complete, it also tiggers a missing-source if the file that is included exists.
