This bug report is less about the removal of Python 2.x modules per
se but more about "unversioned" shebangs. I'm retitling this bug to
match.

If other distributions are going to change (re. PEP 394 [0]) then
we should at least know where we stand and whether it would even be
feasible.

I was also somewhat taken by this idea. I would be quite interested
in knowing the numbers at the very least.
