this is not enough as it's not listing the filesystem used (only the
partition type). therefore, please give the output of a 'file -s
$partition' for each.

in the meanwhile, i've commited the following:

it fixes it for me in that sense, that it does boot now when one of the
partition has a unsupported filesystem, however, it's still needs some
corrections as once e.g. a live-rw partition was found, it still tries
to get a home-sn, live-sn partition and, in this case, uselessly
complains about having not found them.

snapshots at live.debian.net/debian are up2date, please use those for
testing.
