Using a custom config from live-helper:

# lb config --bootappend-live "locales=de_CH.UTF-8 keyboard-layouts=ch" 

and then 

# lh build

or

# lb build

I get this error message:

Package xresprobe is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package 'xresprobe' has no installation candidate
P: Begin unmounting filesystems...
