Bug#661369: live-build: cannot change hostname

Dear Maintainer,

I cannot change the hostname.
I have tried to change manually in config/binary:

# $LB_HOSTNAME: set hostname
# (Default: debian)
LB_HOSTNAME="live"

but it doesn't work, the hostname is still debian.
