For one of the games, you've provided a German translation. Is your target audience German? If so, would you consider also configuring the keyboard accordingly?
You could take a look at the Wiki page that I wrote for building ISO-images, it contains instructions for setting up a proxy, which will allow you to rebuild your live image a lot faster, especially if you combine it with a fixed timestamp while developing your image. [2] Note that for using the proxy properly, you'll need the version of live-build from git.
