  - Associate CVEs from newer, branched Debian packages with different
    names to older ELTS packages (emacs*, firebird*, golang*,
    openssl*, netty*, php*, python*, ruby*, tomcat*); reference
    libcoap* for upcoming buster-elts
  - Mark 4 supported packages for update
