Dear all,

I have finally uploaded GAP 4.13.0 to unstable.
This will require to rebuild all the binary GAP packages.
Note that with this release they are build against libgap9 and not against the
GAP kernel so there will be no more need to Depend on gap-kernel-9 (which is
not Provided anyway).

Unfortunately, there is an issue with LDFLAGS used by gac which does not
link against libgap explicitly.
As a result dpkg-shlibdeps does not add a dependency on libgap9, which
cause problems in particular with package migrations.
As an example, gap-browse 1.8.21-4 does not depend on libgap9
<https://packages.debian.org/sid/gap-browse>
and the same is true for gap-io
<https://packages.debian.org/sid/gap-io>

So I will upload a new version of GAP with a fixed gac, but this will
require new binary uploads.

This is fine for me.

Cheers,
Jerome
