FWIW, this *has* changed. I'm only just catching up on my email but
with the new system if you request to translate a description that
isn't on the list it will fetch it automatically. I think this solves
the original problem. This is now possible due to the much tighter
integration between DDTS/DDTSS.

Now, churro needs to come back online first before we can test this,
but
the "description not found" should be history.
