To avoid any confusion. GDCM only implements the SCU part of the DICOM Q/R:

- C-ECHO
- C-FIND
- C-STORE
- C-MOVE (+ C-STORE SCP)

The server side (SCP) is not implemented yet even if all the low
levels are present.
