The simplest is probably to download it from svn like [1].
The original tarball is at [2] and must be renamed to
insighttoolkit4_4.7.0.orig.tar.xz and placed outside the directory that
was created by svn. Then do
svn-buildpackage -uc -us -S
The source package will be placed somewhere, I think the default is
"../build-area"
