Role of plasmidSPAdes
Hi,
I wonder what your plan might be to integrate the functionality of
plasmidSPAdes[1] into SPAdes. I had a short look into the download
tarball of plasmidSPAdes and it looks like large chunks of code from an
older SPAdes version (3.5) with some additional code are inside. Since
a user asked for a Debian package I wonder whether there is some merge
into SPAdes with some possible additional options is planned in the long
term.
