SweeD - was Re: omegaMap

Hello,

It happened that I was reading a review on software that is about what
omegaMap is about if I am not erroneous. The authors did not reference
omegaMap, but compared the Open Source tools SweeD, SweepFinder,
SweepFinder2, and OmegaPlus:

I liked the name SweeD and it is from a place that once had summoned one
of their researchers to a Debian Med Sprint, so I spontaneously decided
to package it at https://salsa.debian.org/med-team/sweed. Comments welcome.
