I agree that some priority list might make sense.  Unfortunately as a non-expert
I personally feel unable to create such a list.  Steffen, Michael, ??? are you
up for this task?

We had some kind of race-condition-prevention means in the Wiki

but its not used consequently, thought.

I admit the situation of highly probably race conditions is pretty new
for the Debian Med team since we usually only have very few contributors
with somehow known agenda.  I'm extremely happy about all new
contributors and we should make really sure that they are not wasting a
single minute of their time.
