All references to the beginning and ending of "PGP SIGNED MESSAGE" and
"PGP SIGNATURE" can be removed, as can the data between the two
signature markers - that's all about verifying that the message was sent
by the appropriate person. All being well, there should be equivalents
in this message (although somewhat mimified by mutt).

The remaning PGP stuff (a "PGP MESSAGE") is what you want - you may have
to remove a leading "- " from the begin/end lines before PGP will
recognise it.
