The main package should have the /usr/lib/libwx_gtk-2.1.so.11.0.0 and
/usr/lib/libwx_gtk-2.1.so.11, and the -dev package should have the
/usr/lib/libwx_gtk-2.1.so symlink. See the packaging manual, section
12.
